Shop. Mid C18. Brick with plain tiled roof. 3 storeys,
single-window range. Inserted late C20 shop front part-cuts
4-pane sash window of first floor. Upper windows have
flat-arched gauged brick heads. Cornice and parapet with blind
recesses. Forms one build with Nos 35 & 35A (qv).
