GV II

Workshop and dwelling, now store. Late C18, with C19 and mid
C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings
and stone slate roof with a coped stone gable stack. 2
storeys; 3 window range of 3-light glazing bar casements.
Below, to left, similar casements, 2 and 3 lights, with stone
lintels. To right, 2 cart openings with re-used wooden lintels
and C20 garage doors.
INTERIOR has principal rafter roof of re-used timber including
a pair of cruck blades.
