War memorial. c1920. By Sir R Blomfield. Portland stone. Cross
of tapered octagonal section with bronze sword at the front,
on inscribed octagonal pedestal. Octagonal base with lip. At
the rear, linked by paving, a curved wall with stepped
triangular coping, inscribed with names.
