Mid C19. Nodular flint, with galleting. Pulborough stone dressings. Hipped
slate roof. Yellow brick chimneys.
2 storeys. South elevation has 2 ranges of double-hung sash windows without glazing
bars in 4-centred arches. West elevation has door with 4-centred arch, masked
by gabled wooden porch with decorated bargeboard and lattice work front. 1 casement
window above.
1-storey extension to north with 3 double-hung sash windows, and 3 doors (2 planked,
1 modern).
2 walls, 1 extending north, 1 extending west, then turning south. Nodular flint,
with Pulborough stone coping and piers.
