Mid C18 [on 1785 map]. Stucco, rusticated on east elevation. Hipped slate roof.
Red brick chimney.
2 storeys. South elevation has 3 ranges of casements with glazing bars, and stringcourse
above ground floor. East elevation has 1 planked door with elaborate mid C19 knocker.

Nos 46 to 62 (even) and retaining wall at No 60 form a group with Nos 45 to 63 (odd)
and 77 to 83 (odd) and pavements and railings.
