Early C19. Nodular flint. Red brick dressings. Red brick gable ends with some
grey headers. Pitched tile roof (modern).
2 storeys. North elevation has 1 planked door with segmental head, planked double
doors, tarred loft door on 1st floor, with tarred louvre above. East elevation
has 3 casement windows on each floor, all with glazing bars, those on ground floor
segment-headed. South elevation has a 2 storey opening framing door at ground
level, louvred section above that, and modern casement window on 1st floor.

The River Board Warehouse forms a group with Nos 21 to 23 (odd).
