Late C18. Red brick. North elevation nodular flint with red brick dressings.
Pitched slate roof. Red brick chimneys.
3 storeys. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 3 segment-headed flush-framed double-hung
sash windows with glazing bars on 1st and 2nd floors. Ground floor has 1 canted
bay shopfront at west end with plate glass windows, coved cornice, and below it
casement window with glazing bars and protective iron grille to cellar. Two
4-panelled doors, 1 partly glazed, other with moulded panels and hand/wreath knocker,
both in moulded surrounds with dentilled pediments over, supported on 3 wooden
consoles. Open trabeated carriage entrance at east end.

Nos 36 to 64 (even) and Nos 70 to 74 (even) form a group with Nos 83, 85 and
91 to 101 (odd).
