Former mill with house. C17 and later. Local stone rubble with Doulting stone dressings; stone slate roof with some
courses plain tiles, hipped on North East corner, coped West gable, plain South gable; brick chimney stacks. "L"-plan;
2 storeys, 2 bays East elevation. Plain chamfered 3-light windows under labels to ground floor; above late C18 12-pane
sash windows; in lean-to on South side a plain boarded door in heavy frame, under timber bracketted hood. Further
mullioned windows on North side, including one with ovolo mouldings. Interior not seen.
