TR 14 NE ELHAM BLADBEAN

2/18 Hill House Farm

GV II

Farmhouse. 1832. Plum-red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Plain
tile roof. 2 storeys. Flush flint footings with brick dressings.
Plain brick-coped parapet. Gabled roof. End stacks. Regular 3-window
front of recessed sixteen-pane sashes with splayed painted brick voussoirs.
Similar ground floor windows, with slightly cambered heads. Central
recessed door with four flush panels, two top lights and slightly cambered
head, up short flight of steps. Two-storey rear wing of brick clad
with tile-hanging. Dated plaque over front door. Interior not inspected.
