Semi-detached house. Early C17, rebuilt early C19. Timber-
framing with brick nogging, refronted in painted dressed limestone,
Welsh slate roof, rendered stacks. L-plan. Two-storey, 3-window.
C20 four-panelled door to right with pilastered architrave, two 12-
pane sashes to left. Three sashes to first floor. Wing projecting
to left has 12-pane sashes to both floors, C19 square pilastered
porch with 4-panelled door and flat-roofed extension to left.
Right return is dressed limestone with 2-light ground floor
casement. Rear has C20 door to left, glazed door and large fixed
window and 3-light casement to right, five 3-light. casements to
first floor. Lean-to extension attached to right.
Interior has timber-framed partitions, main drawing room has
chamfered beam and open fireplace with timber lintel on stone
jambs. Dining room in cross wing has moulded ceiling beam and
exposed wide joists. Used as the Long estate office until mid C20.
