3 bays. Central staircase plan. Central entrance has plain surround, 4 panel
door, upper 2 glazed. 2 ground floor and 3 upper floor windows, plain surrounds,
sashes. Square eaves brackets. Gable end ridge stacks. Rear includes central
staircase window, round headed keystone. Interior: dog-leg staircase, turned
balusters. Included for group value.
