Farmhouse and house. Late C18 and early C19, with early Cl8 origins and C20
alterations. Pebbledashed, stone dressings, stone slate roof. Farmhouse:
(formerly central staircase plan) 3 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance in mid-C20
porch, c1970 door. 2 ground floor, and 3 first and second floor windows have
plain surrounds, C20 casements. Shaped eaves modillions. Projecting left-hand
gable stack and right-hand ridge stack at former gable, now party wall with
Yarlsber House (qv). Rear includes blocked entrance with chamfered surround
and decorated lintel inscribed:

Yarlsber House: early C19 cross-wing attached to former right-hand gable of
Farmhouse. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance has moulded imposts, 4 panel
door, upper 2 glazed. 2 ground floor and 3 first and second floor windows have
plain surrounds; mixture of C20 casements and sashes with glazing bars. Shaped
eaves modillions and kneelers. Gable end ridge stack. Interior not accessible.
