Cottage. Late C18, probably an earlier core. Colourwashed rubble, unusual single Roman tile roof, central brick stack. Two storeys, sash windows with glazing bars, exposed sash boxes, glazing bars missing to right of ground floor. Door opening to right, plank door, two small glazed panels. Lean-to outshut to right, single storey.
