Small cottage. Probably early C19. Rendered stone rubble and cob. Thatch roof,
half-hipped at right end, brick stack at left gable end. Probably original 2-room
central entrance plan with heated left hand room but internal ground floor
partitions removed in C20. 2 storeys. 3 window range. C20 fenestration, upper
floor windows with deep reveals. Slated canopy to C20 porch. Leanto with slate
roof at right end. No rear outshuts. Interior altered.
