House, now commercial premises. Early C19, with possible
earlier core. Brick with Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys,
single-window range to Princess Street with 2-storeyed wing to
Golden Cross Passage. New shop front with doorways each side
of a bow window, and 6-pane sash windows above with
flat-arched stuccoed heads. High parapet almost concealing
dormer window. Doorway in side elevation in plain architrave,
and inserted shop front in rear wing.
