House now shop. Early C18. Brick with plain tiled roof hipped
on one side. 3 storeys, 5-window range to Princess Street,
4-window return elevation to Milk Street. Shop front inserted
late C19 or early C20, with channelled stucco, and doorway
across the angle. Upper windows are 12-pane sashes with
flat-arched gauged brick heads. String course over first
floor, and deep modillion eaves band. 3 pedimented dormers in
the roof. Coped gable to left, axial stack. Similar detail in
Milk Street elevation, with doorway to the right, and 2
dormers in the roof.
