GV II

House, now in use as offices. Mid C18. Brick, with low pitched
roof not visible behind parapet eaves. 3-storeyed, 4-window
range with off-centre entrance. 6-panelled door with overlight
beneath heavy Doric porch with entablature carried on detached
columns. Windows are 15-pane sashes with flat-arched brick
heads. Moulded string course over first-floor windows. Gable
end stacks.
INTERIOR: retains original staircase, with panelled dado, and
turned balusters.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: stable extension to right is early C19,
brick with slate roof, doorway and sash window with blocked
lunette over.
