House, now shop. Late C18. Stucco; plain tile roof, with C20
composite tiles to rear pitch; brick buttress stack with C20
superstructure to left; C20 stack to right front.
3 storeys and cellar; 2-window range: 6/6 sashes in moulded
cases; 3/6 sashes, over; deep plastered eaves. Central
entrance: half-glazed panelled door under moulded wood flat
hood on fluted pilasters; flanked by 6/6 sashes. Left returned
side: stucco; rendered stack base. Rear: stucco; single
lights; 2-light casement; 6/6 sash; sash in moulded case, to
ground floor. INTERIOR not inspected.
