House, now offices. Early C19, altered C20. Rendered, roof not
visible, wrought-iron railings.
3 storeys over basement, 5 bays. Long and short chamfered
quoins. Central doorway with Ionic half-columns supporting
deep frieze and shallow pediment, panelled doors, rectangular
fanlight. Fenestration: moulded architraves throughout,
battered to ground floor and shouldered to upper floors;
paired brackets to ground-floor sills, continuous sill band to
upper floors; replacement frames. Blocking course with eaves
cornice.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: railings: traceried style with close-set
bars and barbed finials.
Greek Street was being developed by Joseph Green of Bradford
by 1817 and this house was built by 1831, (Fowler's map).
