GV II

House. Early C19. Painted Flemish-bond brickwork with
double-gabled roof of asbestos slate; ridgeline stack at
north-east end.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Front has slightly
recessed bay to south-west. 1st floor has 3 sash windows with
moulded surrounds, single vertical glazing bars and rubbed
brick flat arches. Ground floor has carriage arch in recessed
part with lintel having segmental-curved soffit. Doorway with
semicircular head containing plain fanlight and door with 6
raised-and-fielded panels. Tripartite sash window with central
vertical glazing bar on north-east end of facade.
