House. Early to mid C19. Rendered brick with hipped slate roof
and red hip and ridge tiles.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range; range at rear with lower
eaves line and slate roof. Front has projecting corner
pilasters with moulded capitals. 1st floor has a 12-pane
asymmetrical sash window either side of a central
semicircular-arched blind recess. Ground floor has central
doorcase with plain pilaster strips, cornice/hood, door with 6
raised-and-fielded panels and stone step. 2 similar but
16-pane sash windows.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
