House with shop. 1836-39, with C20 alterations and shopfront.
Pink-cream mottled brick in Flemish bond, with moulded timber
eaves cornice and slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 4-storey, 4-window front. Windows are pivoting on
first floor, 12-pane sashes on second floor, and unequal
9-pane sashes on third floor. On second and third floors
windows have flat arches and painted stone sills, those on
third floor linked by moulded band.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
