House, now shop, cafe and flats. Late C18 with late C19 and
early C20 alterations. Painted brick. Plain tile roof in 2
halves, the right-hand one with a higher ridge.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attic. 3 bays. On the ground floor
there are 2 shop fronts with recessed doorways, timber
pilasters, and cornices. Both have C20 blinds, and the fascia
of the left-hand shopfront is covered by a C20 board. At the
left on the 1st floor there is a canted sashed oriel window
with a brick base. The other 2 first floor windows are sashes
without glazing bars. Above the 3rd bay there is a sashed
flat-roofed attic dormer. The central doorway has a timber
pilaster doorcase with a dentilled cornice and a plain
rectangular overlight. The door has 6 panels with moulded
borders. The gutter is carried on rectangular timber brackets.
