Early C19 ashlar front. 2 storeys and attic with basement. 1st floor sill course,
projecting cornice and blocking course. Gable end pantile roof, small dormer,
2 tall windows front, recessed sashes, glazing bars intact on 1st floor. Entrance
below left hand window, new door but retaining semi- circular fanlight with concentric
circle glazing pattern. Porch of slender Doric columns, entablature with projecting
cornice approached by flight of 4 steps, Plain C19 rails to area and steps.

Nos 113 and 115 form a group.
