Row of circa 1820-30 houses, some alterations. 3 storeys, attic and basement,
red brick, 1st floor sill course. Low pitch slate roof with later dormers, eaves
band. 2 windows each except Nos 111 and 115 with 4, recessed sashes some retaining
glazing bars, flat stucco arches. Canted wood pilastered bay windows to ground
floors of Nos 107 and 115. Panelled doors some modernised. Nos 105 and 107 have
Greek Doric doorcases. Nos 111 to 115 have panelled pilasters flanking with console
brackets and cornices. Steps up to doors.

All the listed buildings on the East Side, from Nos 31 to 115 (odd), including
Gibson's Hotel, form a group.
