Circa 1830-40 pair - 4 tall storeys with basement. Red brick with stucco quoins
and block sill courses, stucco frieze and moulded eaves cornice. 2 windows each
with 4 storey canted bays to left and right respectively, sash lights glazing bars
intact, stucco surrounds and rustication in aprons. No 139 has Doric columned porch
with entablature. No 141 has engaged Doric column doorcase with entablature,
Doors of 4 moulded panels, semi-circular fanlights. Sea front has similar canted
bays.
