Late C18. 3 storeys and attic red brick, Gable end pantile roof. One window
front, large flush framed sashes to 1st and 2nd floors, later glazing, flat stucco
arches. Entrance at 1st floor level to left hand - door of 6 fielded panels, rectangular
fanlight approached by curving flight of 8 stone steps with landing opposite door.
Arched entry to ground floor under landing. C18 plain rails to steps.

All the listed buildings on the North Side from Nos 2 to 30 form a good group.
