House. c1830-35. Brick with slate roof.
EXTERIOR: symmetrical, of 2 storeys and 3 bays. The windows
are sashed with brick flat arches. The porch is carried on
fluted Doric columns and has pilaster responds, a plain
frieze, and a shallow plain lead-covered mutuled cornice. The
divided partly-glazed door has margin panes, and the
rectangular overlight has geometrical glazing. The timber
gutter is carried on paired brackets. Ridge chimneys to left
and right.
