c1875 hydraulic accumulator tower built of stock brick with red brick dressings.
Occuli ranged beneath the eaves of the pyramidal slate roof, topped by finial.
Contemporary with the accumulator tower in the south-east corner of the Poplar
Dock & Preston's Road E14 and likewise serving the dockside vanes as a power
source.
