Early C19, 2 storeys in coursed stone with pantile roof. 2 windows, hung sashes,
no glazing bars, stone lintels with triple keystones. Modern half-glazed door
up steps, similar lintel.

Nos 35 to 37 (consec), Mount Royd. 38 to 40 (consec), St Joseph's Presbytery,
Roman Catholic Church of St Joseph, Church Hall, and Nos 44 to 47 (consec) form
a group, of which Nos 35, 37 and Mount Royd are buildings of local interest.
