C18. Painted brick with pitched slated roof and parapet, cornice. Three windows wide.
Two storeys. Band course above head of entrance door surround, which is of panelled
stucco with paterae and geometric rectangular fanlight. Twin dormers with later central
roof-light. Gable end stacks. Flush framed sash windows retaining glazing bars.
