Detached cottage. C17, altered C19. Rubble stone with timber-
framing to first floor, double Roman tiled roof with hip to left
and brick stack to right. Two-storey, 2-window. Planked door with
strap hinges in ovolo-moulded wooden surround within stone porch,
to left of centre, 2-light ovolo-mullioned casement with hoodmould
to left and two 2-light mullioned casements under one hoodmould to
right, blocked doorway to right. First floor has two 2-light
ovolo-mullioned casements, timber-frame with tension bracing,
partly renewed. Left return has 2-light and single-light casements
to ground floor and 2-light to first, roof gable retains timber-
frame. Right return has 3-light casement to right, 2-light attic
casement. Rear has lean-to extensions and C20 addition, 2-light
ovolo-mullioned casements to first floor. Interior not accessible
at time of survey (December 1986).
