C18 altered, 3 storey, rendered and lined, rusticated quoins, painted, enriched
wood eaves cornice, 3 windows at upper floors, sash with centre glazing
bars only; canted side windows are splayed bays. Slate roof, hipped one
side. Sash window, ground floor, right, with glazing bars remaining, centre
6-panel door, conservatory in front of window, left.

Leighton House, Conservative Club, Nos 1 to 4 (consec) (South Place),
Pindar Lodge, Nos 1 & 2 (Victoria Place) form a group in important position.
