Later C18, altered early C19. 3 storeys. 2 windows. Small house filling the original
side passage of No 74, but still retaining the "deux corps de batiments" plan type
with detached rear block approached by gallery. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Timber
framed with rusticated plaster front. Console-bracketed cornice. Jettied 1st floor
carried on projecting dentil cornice of shopfront. Architraved sash windows with
glazing bars. Early C19 wooden shopfront; shop window with large panes; architraved
shop doorway. Original open staircase with closed string, turned balusters and
square newel.
