Terraced house. Circa 1850. Yellow brick. Stucco dressings.Roof not visible.
Corner site concave, 'V' shaped plan. 3 storeys. 7 windows to main corner
facade, which forms symmetrical composition in which outer pairs of bays break
forward slightly. Central slightly projecting entrance; round-headed, flanked
by pilasters. Stucco cornice above ground floor. Square headed windows, except
for round headed windows flanking central bay. Ground floor windows pilastered.
Others architraved. Sashes, plate glass. Stucco band above first floor to
centre 3 bays. Main cornice above second floor. Parapet. Included for group
value only.
