C17/18 cottage. One storey and attics with gambrel and pegtile roof having
end chimneys. Modern weatherboards on front, plastered bay on right. Central
plain door, with small paned sashes either side. Two flat dormers with matching
sashes. Wooden eaves-trough of V-section on wooden brackets. T-plan with gambrel
roofed weatherboarded extension to rear.
