Early C19, 2 storey, 3 windows including centre blank. Stucco front set
back behind garden. Modillion eaves cornice. Moulded architraves and cill
brackets to sash windows, now with margin glazing bars. Tuscan doorcase with
engaged columns, arched fanlight.
