Late C18/Early C19. Rendered. Two storeys, three windows, sashes with glazing
bars, tripartite below. Doorway with bracketted hood. Hipped slate roof. Graded for group value. There is also a two storey stone wing, one window, sashes with glazing bars. The whole is very altered.
All the listed buildings in Palace Gate form a group.
