House. Early C19, altered C20. Painted roughcast, slate roof with C20 dormer and right wing. Double-depth plan with C20 right wing, set at right angle to the road behind the wall fronting Thomas Luny House (qv).
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range . Doorcase has a cornice on consoles over a C20 door. 6/6 pae sash windows to the centre and right.
INTERIOR: is altered.
