House at a right-angle to the street, facing the United Reform
Church (qv) to the north. Late C18. Painted roughcast, hipped
slate roof, no visible stacks. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic; 2-window range. C20 central
door flanked on the right by a restored forward frame to a
6/6-pane sash window; similar windows to the 1st floor have
moulded forward frames. The narrow left return facing Dawlish
Street has a C19 3-storey canted bay reaching the attic, each
floor has 4/4-pane sash windows. The right return is blank.
