House, formerly part of No.31 to the right (qv). Early C19.
Painted stucco, slate roof with a stack to the left gable end.
Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range, the further right-hand
window is part of No.31 (qv) with an entrance in the right
return. Early C19 doorcase with raised-and-fielded panels to
the pilasters supporting an entablature, and panelled reveals
and soffit. Late C19 horned 2/2-pane sash windows.
INTERIOR: an early C19 staircase to the rear left has stick
balusters and a turned newel; a square window to the right of
it has margin panes. To the right of the passage is a blocked
semicircular arch which formerly led to No.31. 6-panel doors,
panelled shutters, the front room has semicircular-arched
recesses with cupboards below flanking the fireplace and the
room to the rear has semi-elliptical arched recesses.
