House at the centre of a terrace of 3. Early C19. C20 painted render, slate roof with rendered stacks to the party walls. Double-depth plan with rear left wing.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; symmetrical 3-window range. Gabled dormer to the left with 2/2-pane sash windows; 6/6-pane sash windows. Doorcase with plain pilasters and frieze, moulded cornice, panelled reveals and a late C19 4-panel door, half-glazed with semicircular-arched upper panes.
INTERIOR: not inspected but noted as having panelled shutters.
