House. C18, extended C19. Cob, slate-hung to the left return, thatched roof hipped to the left, external stack to the right return, C19 or C20 slate roofed right-hand range. 2-unit plan with later right wing.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Early C19 timber-framed 1st-floor 3-light casement windows with leaded lights; C20 2 and 3-light casements to the right-hand extension. C19 6-panel door glazed at the top.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
