Two houses. Early C19. Painted roughcast, continuous slate
roof with brick stacks to parapet walls and left gable end.
Double-depth plans with a single-storey extension to No.15 and
a 2-storey rear wing with a hipped roof to No.16.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; each house is symmetrical 3-window range.
No.15 to the left has 6/6-pane sash windows, some with crown
glass. A former 6-panel door, now half-glazed, has panelled
reveals and soffit to the doorcase and a trellised porch.
No.16 has a dentil cornice and 1980s' fenestration: horned
6/6-pane sash window at eaves level and 8/8-pane sashes to the
ground floor without horns. The doorcase has panelled
pilasters, reveals and soffit, overlight, and C20 pediment.
The right return of the rear wing has a 6/6-pane sash to the
1st floor.
