House. Early C19, altered late C19. Incised stucco, slate roof. Double-depth plan with late C19 2-storey rear outshut. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Late C19 horned plate-glass sash windows with louvred shutters. Late C19 6-panel door with C20 mottled overlight set in early C19 doorcase with pilasters and entablature under a late C19 shallow solid swept canopy. INTERIOR: not inspected.
