GV II

One of a near pair of houses. Early C19. Coursed rubble with
shallow granite-keyed brick arches; asbestos slate roof; brick
end stacks. Single-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
front. Original 12-pane sashes; central pilastered
elliptical-arched doorway; original 6-panel door. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be as unaltered as the exterior.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: original central wrought-iron gate on
iron piers with turned finials, a fine example, flanked by low
rendered walls.
