Shop. Early C19. Brick with roof not visible behind parapet. 3
storeys, 3-window range to Wyle Cop, curved corner then
3-window return to Beeches Lane. Stuccoed shop front, with
recessed angled windows with continuous band of small leaded
lights over on Wyle Cop elevation. 12-pane sash windows above,
with flat-arched gauged brick heads and continuous stuccoed
sill band. 6-pane sashes to second floor. Tripartite sash
across the curve, and 3 irregularly spaced sash windows to
Beeches Lane elevation. High doorway in architrave with flat
entablature to Beeches Lane. Stuccoed eaves cornice.
