Includes: No.1 SWAN HILL COURT.
Pair of houses. c1800. Brick with slate roof. 3-storeyed,
8-window range with outer doorway to passage to left. No.7 a
single-unit plan, No.8 of 2 units with central doorway, and
blind windows to right. Blind central window between the two
dwellings. 6-panelled doors and fanlights in architraves with
panelled rebates and flat entablature carried on curved
console brackets. Windows with flat-arched stuccoed heads,
many of the original 12-pane sashes now renewed. Heavy moulded
eaves cornice. 2 axial stacks. Right return is a similar
3-window range of 12- and 9-pane sashes. Ground-floor window
to left a 2-pane sash and first floor right window is blank.
Similar doorcase, fanlight and hood to Swan Hill front.
