Marked on OS as 11 Cross Hill and 10A St John's Hill.
Shop probably originally dwelling. Late C18. Brick with plain
tiled roof. 3-storeyed, 4-window range curved round corner
with St John's Hill. Inserted shop front across the corner,
with blind windows on each floor to the right, and an inserted
9-pane sash cutting the segmental head of an earlier window
over the shop front. Central door in right-hand section,
flanked by 12-pane sash windows on each floor, with
flat-arched heads to ground floor, single ring cambered heads
above. Dentilled eaves, gable end stacks.
