Long, 2-storey building of C17 date with through passage. To north of passage
section is called "The Cottage". A C19 front range covers the south part and a
modern wing runs back. Visible old part of 2 storeys, 2 windows with a wide, hipped
cross-gable at right and a small gabled dormer above passage to left. Tiled roofs,
tile hung 1st floor, red brick and rubble stone below. Exposed ceiling beams inside.
The C19 front range is of 2 storeys and attic, three bays. Banded tile hanging
above, red brick below. Tiled roof with 3 hipped dormers. One-bar casement windows.
